Shipping Policy

Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our international delivery partner, does not deliver City Leaf orders on Saturday or Sundays.

To cancel your order, send us an email by filling the form on this page or you can alternatively send us an email to cityleaftea@gmail.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.

Important Notice: It has come to our notice that the Customs Department in different countries may have begun charging an additional amount as Custom Clearance fee. We at City Leaf work with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Delivery Partners

For international shipping, we work primarily with DHL/FedEx, Delhivery, EMS (India Post) and Air Mail to deliver our teas worldwide. Express service (DHL/FedEx) takes up to 5-8 working days for delivery, EMS Speed Post takes up to 30-45 working days for delivery & Air Mail takes up to 45-60 days for delivery.

For shipping to destinations within India, we primarily work with Delhivery. We use FedEx India, or EMS for Out of Delivery Areas (ODA).
